    Services Included: - Kitchen: clean sink out, counter tops, cabinet faces upper and lower, stove top + wipe down outside appliances - Clean inside & outside microwave - Bathroom: complete toilet clean, shower, handles, tub, drain, countertops + mirrors - Clean Bedrooms: shelving, nightstands, bed frames + tidy up bed - Dust and wipe down dirty surfaces in all rooms - Clean all light switches & door handles - Floors are vacuumed and/or mopped - Emptying trash bins Not included: - Extras are not included (must be selected for an additional cost)

    Services Included: - Deep Scrub Kitchen: clean sink out, counter tops, cabinet faces upper and lower, stove top + wipe down outside appliances - Clean inside & outside microwave - Clean inside oven & lower oven drawer - Deep Scrub Bathroom: complete toilet clean, shower, handles, tub, drain, countertops + mirrors - Clean Bedrooms: shelving, nightstands, bed frames + tidy up bed - Dust and wipe down dirty surfaces in all rooms - Clean all light switches & door handles - Floors are vacuumed and/or mopped - Emptying trash bins - All reachable interior windows (blinds & window sills) - Dusting ceiling fans - Clean baseboards Not Included: - All Extras are not included (must be selected for an additional cost)
  • What Is Included In A Move In | Move Out Cleaning?
    When booking a Move In | Move Out clean, you can expect an all inclusive service. This is our most detailed package and includes extras such as: Inside oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets, door frames and inside all windows & blinds. This clean is intended to turn the home into its original state and ready for new occupants.
  • Which Service Do You Recomend For First Time Clients?
    A deep clean is recommended for all first time cleaning by Manifest Cleaning. It allows us extra time to get all the areas that have been missed during regular cleanings in the past. After the initial deep clean, most customers switch to a reocurring standard clean.
  • Am I Charged Upon Booking?
    Yes, this is to ensure your day and time is reserved. All cleanings are paid for before service.
  • Cancellations | Rescheduling | Fees?
    Cancellation/Reschedule within 24 hrs of booking: - You will be charged a $50 inconvenience fee. Short notice cancellation fee: Cancel less than 2 hrs before booking - $100 inconvenience fee Missed appointment fee: A pro arrives for a scheduled booking, but they're unable to gain entry or get started. - $100 inconvenience fee Reoccurring cleaning cancellation fee: Reoccurring cleaning services offer a discount for frequency of cleans and reserve future dates on the schedule. If you decide to cancel a reoccurring booking after your first initial clean - $50 inconvenience fee
  • What If I Am Late Or A Cleaner Cannot Access The Home?
    Our cleaners tend to be on a tight schedule. Due to high volumes in bookings we charge for wait time: - After 20 minutes you'll be charged a $20 inconvenience fee. Every minute thereafter will be an additional charge of $1 We recommend installing a lockbox or leaving a key in a safe place for us. This will ensure a seamless entry, allowing our cleaners to start on time.
  • What Are Your Hours Of Operation?
    Our cleaners are available 7 days a week, 8am-5pm.
  • How Do I Update Billing?
    You’ll want to head to your account page, and under settings select billing. In that section it’ll allow you to update billing, address of clean, and your current subscription.
  • What Day Is My Clean?
    Please view your account page, look under “Subscription” to see your next scheduled cleaning.
  • Do You Clean Any Outside Surfaces Of The Home?
    We do not. Our insurance only covers our cleaners inside your home.
  • How Many Cleaners Will Be Arriving? Will The Same Cleaner Come Every-Time?
    The number of cleaners sent is based on availability. You can expect at least one cleaner to arrive for your booking. We can't guarantee more than one cleaner or the same cleaner every time. However, rest assured that all our cleaners are experienced and ready to handle the service requested. Please understand that our cleaners have personal lives, can get sick, or run into unforeseen circumstances. If that occurs we’ll send a different cleaner.
  • Can I Leave A Key? Do I Have To Be Home?
    We'll provide the same excellent service whether you are home or away. We recommend installing a lockbox or leaving a key in a safe place for us. This will ensure a seamless entry, allowing our cleaners to start on time.
  • Can I Trust Your Cleaners? Are They Background Checked?
    Yes! Our cleaners are background checked and fully insured. We vet for the best cleaners!
  • Is Manifest Cleaning Insured?
    We are! We’re currently insured in North Carolina for up to $2M in general liability damage.
  • Is Tipping Normal? If So How Much?
    Yes it is. However there is no suggested percentage, whatever feels good to you. Any amount is appreciated by your Home Cleaning Specialist!
  • What If Something Breaks?
    This seldomly occurs but accidents do happen. Please contact our office immediately to work with our insurance to get the object of value replaced.
  • What If I’m Not Satisfied With My Cleaning After They Leave?
    If you are not happy with your service for any reason please call us immediately for further instructions.
  • How Does The Estimated Duration Of My Cleaning Work?
    When you book online be sure to select the proper size, type of clean and any add-ons you need for your home. This ensures the proper amount of time is allocated to cleaning your home during your scheduled booking. Improper booking info will be adjusted to the cost of service. **Please note that the duration provided at the time of booking is an estimated time frame. Cleaners may complete your cleaning before the listed duration on your booking info. Total time spent in a customer's property can be based on various factors ie. condition of home, layout of home, number of cleaners and type of service provided.**
  • How Do I Cancel My Account?
    Please head to the account page, login into your account. Find “cancel my account” and submit a quick form to successfully cancel your clean.
